Comment: This is a busy little phone has too many capabilities which are of little interest to me. Basic functions involved looking at the screen too often, a very undesirable and dangerous feature for those who will occasionally use a mobile phone while driving (or who must always use refractory correction for reading). My old Sanyo 8100 has a far more convenient right hand volume toggle and it's very easy to kill or reduce ringer volume (the Samsung M320 has it on the left side of the phone). Missed calls, placed calls, and received calls are all stored (and separated in reverse chronology in these categories) on the old phone--and can be accessed with one touch.
The Samsung phone wins the beauty contest, but is a true loser in the "ease of use" competition.
If there's ever a machine that adds too many features, accesses them with greater difficulty and complexity, and proves that a more basic arrangement might be superior--this is the one.

Phone Features
Styled with a smooth, rounded finish, the Samsung M320 has dual LCD screens--an internal 2-inch, 65K-color display with a 128 x 160-pixel resolution and an external 65K-color display with a 96 x 96-pixel resolution (which provides an easy view to signal strength, battery life, and current time). Inside the clamshell, you'll find an alpha-numeric keypad and standard five-way toggle with send/end keys and two soft keys for navigation. The phone can store up to 300 contact entries--each storing 5 numbers, email and internet addresses--and it supports caller groups as well as ringer and photo IDs.
