Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Tiny, but a pretty good basic phone. Comment: This is simply a very small phone. the sound quality is too variable and the speaker is tinny. That said it seems fairly reliable, has a serviceable camera and possesses a certain cache of chic with it's diminutive profile. In other words it's kind of cute. Being a middle-aged man with bad eyes, I'd prefer something more my size and as a personal preference something with more features, but then, again it is not a particularly expensive phone and gets the job done. Customer Rating: Summary: Sound Quality Comment: It has been difficult to replace a phone that has been broken after being purchased with service from AT&T. The options available are either purchase a "Prepaid GoPhone" or pay an outrageous price for a replacement. I purchased the Samsung A127, but the sound quality is really crappy.
