Summary: Pros vs. Cons
Comment: I was so amped to get my new Samsung M300, even though I absolutely hate changing phones once accustomed to a certain style. I loved the phone when I first received it, but upon closer inspection, some details really irk me.

Pros:
It works.
Easy to navigate.
Holds a signal, whereas my old Samsung would constantly drop calls.

Neutral:
There is no outbox for your sent picture mail. That doesn't really bother me, unless I forget what I sent to certain people.

Cons:
Bad Camera Quality.
No flash.
Zoom makes pictures blurred.
While texting, the cursor sometimes gets stuck when trying to space words and you have to double type the same letter, move the cursor backward, hit space, then backspace to delete the extra letter.

Ex. before: bb during: b b after: b

If I could show you a live demonstration, I would. Another aspect of texting that sucks is the predictive text will add words without you knowing until the text is sent and someone is texting you back asking, "What the hell does that mean?"

Ex. You thought you said, "I'll see you tonight at 8." But what your phone sent came out as, "I'll see you tonight at 8. Popsicle"

Yes, that's happened to me. Yes, I thought I jacked up, but when it happens often you begin to realize it's the phone thinking it's smart. It slows down texting when you have to slow down your double send to re-read what you wrote and make sure your phone didn't use it's own "brain" and add to the conversation. I've tried the setting through and through while trying to fix this problem. NOTHING worked.

The buttons are all pretty flat and it slows down movement through the menus.
You can't change your theme on your display. You can change the pictures, but not the theme.
You can't send the pictures that are saved to your phone.
It does really weird things like show a missed call from one number on your closed screen, but when you open the phone, it's a completely different number. I've realized the closed screen shows the older missed calls and when you open it, you see the new missed calls. Even if it's days later. That is really weird, IMO. Even when the phone is open, it will do that. I can't explain it, but if anyone has the phone, I am sure it's not just me.
My battery life seems really short lived.

I hate change, so I will stick with this for awhile because Lord knows I don't feel like re-learning an entirely new phone.

Summary: Don't get this one
Comment: This phone stinks. Agree with other posters on the poor battery life -- and the sounds it makes when you push the buttons are really annoying. Luckily I dumped a small amount of water on mine, so it no longer works and I get to get a new one.

Summary: Poor battery life
Comment: I don't recommend this phone. I should have believed the other reviews. The talk time was fine with the phone, but on standby I could barely get through a day, and that after charging it all night. Other than the battery life, I liked the sleek design of the phone. My family memebers also got two additional phones and they both had poor battery life. It think it's a poor design.

Summary: Low Battery Life
Comment: We have two of these phones and, compared to our Nokia 6610i that we had in Europe, these can't hold a charge. The battery life is bad as far as I'm converned. Conversations cut in and out. I can hear my party on the other line but they can't hear me, or vice versa. My husband cannot call me from work (granted he works in the desert). His colleagues go thru another company and they have no problem calling home. Sprint will not let us cancel w/o paying a ridiculous fee. If my husband could call from work we'd keep it but he can't. Sprint says that they will cancel us and waive a partial fee, but they haven't and still keep billing us. They're customer service is horrible.

Summary: This phone works great!
Comment: I have used this phone for about three months now and it has worked for me in every way. I am very satisfied with this phone!
